Uninstalled AutoDesk and reinstalled as well as 
the PDF reader that was crashing.  All software is 
working well and performed all updates.  Computer 
is back in NS 017.

Replaced hard disk and imaging

Warrantied hard drive through Dell.  Should 
receive it within 24-48 hours pending approval.
