Meghann Thilberg	Oct 10, 2014 09:29 AM	Computer won't reboot. Screen is black and says "press any key to reboot" and every time she does this it just stays black and does not turn on. It started yesterday afternoon. She will be in her office with the laptop and wait for someone to come. She does not know how long she will be there so if she needs to leave, she will drop it off at the SRD.	Add Attachment
