The old machine she was using had hardware failure 
and is no longer under warranty.  She would like

it is working well for her.

I ran the disk utility application - no errors 
found.Also,updated the Adobe driver.I'll stay with 
this task just in case the problem persist.

She called in this morning stating that her
computer is having the same problem starting up as
it did before the break. It now takes 20-30
minutes for her computer to get going, she would
like someone to take a look at it. She will be in
her office today until 10 and also 2-5. She is
also available tomorrow from 10-2 and Wednesday
8-10 or after 2.

Last week her computer started running very slow. 
It will work and while she is working on the 
computer it will start to do it's own restart. 
The restart goes through several cycles and takes 
about 5 minutes.
