Re-imaged the Mac. Is running much faster. 
Re-deployed to the Center for Teaching and
Learning in Library.

Performed soft reset, still did not help.  Could
not even logon. Brought the Mac back to office for
re-image.

I work in the technology resource center and we
have a Mac that just does not see to be running
right. I have restarted it at least 5 times and
every time I log in it just sits there and loads
with the color wheel. After a long time it will
get done loading then when i try to open something
like Imovie it just does the color wheel and load
forever it seems.
