I spoke with Megan regarding the printer issue and
she was able to reconfigure it from her station.
She realize that the printer configuration  was
set to color paper instead of plain. Resetting it
back to  plain made it work. Now it works just fine.

Printer is selecting the wrong tray.  She has
tried to change it in the settings but it isn't
keeping that setting as a default.
