Sending this to Michael as it may be a candidate
for Munkee(sp?)...

She is sending resets of the UCSappstore Apple ID
which is not good but her iMac desktop needs to be
fixed so it does not ask for that account's
credentials for software updates.  It may require
a rebuild of the OS as it should not be set up to
ask for those credentials...Her desktop is
eligible for GFA replacement this fiscal year but
just out of warranty (6-26-2014)...let me know if
you want to replace sooner then later but since it
is functioning except for this issue I am not sure
if replacement right away is the best choice

She was set up with the wrong apple store ID and 
password. She needs to have a new account made
