Uninstalled the old java updates_64 and 
installed the newer version update_71 and it 
worked fine. Also, ha d to remap her drive via 
group policy because she kept getting script 
log-on error message on her monitor whenever 
she restarts her machine.Dave did some policy 
updates and that fixed the problem.

She is trying to get into Banner and that page is
just white after it says to update java.  She has
tried multiple web browsers and restarted.  She
just keeps getting a white screen if she tries to
download or doesn't.
