Can I have this ticket opened back up. I just came
back and printer 20130048[Edit Inv] has the same error on it
again. The tech from Xerox was here today to fix
it. I've restarted the printer but that did not
solve the error.

The printer that was giving a printer jam error 
message was not the one that was out of 
service, but the one next to it. I did not do 
anything with the printer that was out of 
order.  
However, it appears that this paper jam error 
is part of an ongoing issue (See SR# 54992)

Printer error says there is a jam in the tray but
there is nothing there and he can't get it to
clear.  He has tried restarting and the message
still comes back up.
