Hi!  I picked up my laptop yesterday (Wednesday)
after having the hard drive repaired.  I can log
into the computer on campus, but not at home.  Is
there possibly something I am missing or might
there still be a problem with the computer?  When
I attempted to check e-mail from home this
morning, my password would not work to open the
computer from sleep mode.  I checked again on
campus later in the morning, and it worked. 
Tonight, at home, I couldn't awaken it again. 
Thoughts??

Hi Jeff,

I just wanted to update you regarding your 
MacBook Pro.  I did take it in to the Apple 
Store earlier this week to replace some failed 
hardware - the hard drive on the computer died.  
Once we receive the computer back from Apple, 
we will need to install the Operating System 
and be able to get the computer back to you.  I 
will let you know when we have it ready.

Laptop is showing a status bar then the No 
symbol when powered on. Tried resetting PRAM 
and received same result. Tried safe boot, 
repair disk then image, and finally erase disk 
then image all receiving same result.  Will 
take laptop in to Mac store.

This laptop is not loading when turning on. It has
a loading bar that is frozen. The computer says it
is not charged but he charged it last night tell
this morning. He would like to be located by cell
phone at 971 832 0981. His hours are M-F 8AM to 2
or 3PM. 

***The laptop is located on the desk behind the
helpdesk area.***
