Black ink cartridge was out, she was going to get 
another one from her office admin. Some colors 
would print but no black text would print.  If 
the new ink cartridge does not help she is going 
to ask for a new printer.

Hello,

We have a printer in OPE 206 that is acting up. 
It is an HP 6940 & we haven't had any issues with
this model so before we replace it, we were hoping
someone could take a look at it.  I gave the
faculty a brand new black & color cartridge
recently so that should NOT be the issue, however,
I understand that on rare occasions, there can be
duds.

Anyway, the faculty in that office is Elke Asleson
and she is at 88173 and she is best available on
T/Th from 2:30 - 4:00.  If someone could take a
look at it and let us know, we would appreciate it.
