They will probably just get rid of 20031369[Edit Inv], 
and are looking into getting 20070980[Edit Inv] replaced 
(as it is currently running XP)

They will contact us soon.

Ran Malwarebytes on computers 20101379[Edit Inv] and
20070980; ran windows updates.  20070980[Edit Inv] found
some detected threats, which were removed.

They also asked about computer 20031369[Edit Inv], which is
powering on but will not display on their monitor.
 The monitor seemed to be working fine, but the
port to plug in the dvi cable to the computer was
noticeably loose.

He thinks one of the computers in the Print shop
might have a malware virus and would like someone
to do some scans on them.
