NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Dell laptop needs to be setup and 
delivered to Jen Schulze in ED 146. The WOU # of the new laptop is 
20131109[Edit Inv] and the old laptop is 20100750[Edit Inv]. The new equipment is 
on the shelves across from the restroom in ITC 009.

that was originally offered as a loaner.

computer will power on and fans work.
will not display anything to the main screen.
tried to display onto a monitor and was unable to get it to 
display
from what i can see the computers motherboard looks to be the 
problem given i cant get into any setup operations and cant use 
the computer with another monitor. will contact her after i talk to 
lori

got a request to go see Jennifer yesterday morning. she had a 
problem where her computer would turn on but wouldn't display 
anything. brought the computer back to ucs. she has a loaner 
computer for m the ed department for the time being.
