Went over to Patricia's office.We did a restart 
on the laptop and the I: drive re-appeared.The 
SSID must have switched from wou-secure to wou-
guest at some point.
The wou-secure is set to connect within range.

She says that Cisco is popping up a lot and
continuously asking her to login, and she also
needs to be able to access one of the I:drives she
has access to from her laptop.
