Ruby Tidwell	Oct 24, 2014 03:04 PM	Reconnected printer through Krusty. The error message persisted, but there were no problems with her drives. She told us since it didn't seem to be preventing her from doing anything that she didn't mind the message popping up. Ran gpupdate and reconnected the drive the error message pertained to, but it still popped up upon login.	Add Attachment

When she tries to print to ED-Budget, it says it is offline. The printer has a green light but her computer says it is offline. She has tried restarting. 20110944-computer	Add Attachment
