I spoke with Megan regarding this task and we both
check online and realize that the printer doesn't
have a online drive that support window's 7. In so
doing I was asked to bring the printer to the our
office.

She just sent an email back to us saying that the
printer worked for long enough to print one
document and now it has the same problems.

The machine was malfunctioning in Carol office. I
brought it over to our office and tested another
keyboard on it and it works just fine. I return
the machine to the owner's office.

Nancy Ganson called wondering about this 
service request. Carol comes into work starting 
next week on Monday. They would like to try to 
get the computer fixed before Carol comes in.

She came in to switch out her keyboard thinking it
was the issue. I checked the key board and it was
working fine before I gave it to her. Now we are
thinking that the computer is the one having the
issue. She cannot enter in a period when typing on
her computer and also she has to be on cap lock to
be able to type in lower cases. She is only in for
today but has told Nancy Ganson to allow you guy
in. Nancy will also be the contact person. She
would like to be contacted through the phone
before coming over.
