Jackie complained about the Xerox printer 
(20130612) having issues while printing large 
volumes of pages (400pages) but for some reason 
it kept jamming with a paper.It came up with an 
error message "Printer Error: 93,984.00:3429" - 
I checked online - it had to do with the power 
cable having a partial contact.I just 
reconnected the cable and restarted the 
printer; a new cleaning page was done. All 
other 100 pending pages came out without any 
jam during the process. she mentioned the paper 
jam issue also came-up last week.At, the moment 
everything looks fine.

Printer will not work at all and there is now an
error code displayed. Error code # 93,984.00;34293

Shes just called and said that the printer in the
Admin building keeps jamming and will not print.
