Alan went over and fixed some software and then
gave him admin rights.

Admin rights need to be given back to him. 

Cleared out the old updates and I'm running a 
new session.Hopefully that resolves the 
problem. For some reason Win update is having 
problem updating only the Msft 2013 
package.Here is the error code below:

After his computer was fixed for about a week, the
mandatory updates are not running.  It keeps
telling him there are 8 that are failing.  He
doesn't seem to notice a difference in his
computer but it keeps telling him the important
ones are failing.

Gave Rip 20090955.  Installed RecTrac, DS 
ControlPoint, and another disc he had.  Configured 
Outlook.

Spoke to Rip.  We are going to put his hard drive 
in a similar 2009 OptiPlex 960.  He does need the 
PSU from this old machine as he did purchase it 
earlier.

Tunde has his computer

My computer has decided it no longer likes itself
and is having an image issue.  Please if you can
fit me in this morning to have a tech come over
and make it feel better. I restarted it last night
before leaving at 5:20pm and found this error
message at 7:20am. Thanks.
