I fixed the paper jam problem and seems like we 
need to change the roller because it was not 
picking up the paper.

There did not appear to be any paper jam.  
Tried opening/closing doors and restarting, but 
error message wouldn't go away.  

This sounds like the same problem the other 
library printers were having. How did we fix 
the other recurring paper jam messages?

Printing giving a false "Paper Jam in Tray A"
error message. Powered off the printer and turn it
back on but the error message is still there.
