Went over and did some test prints from the
printer. Single and double sided. Spoke with
Philip and he said that the noise has gone away
and it doesn't seem to be jamming anymore. He will
contact me if the printer starts acting up again.

The printer will print, but it doesn't sound 
good.  Gears/something are grinding, and the 
fuser was very hot.  The spot doesn't have good 
airflow, but I think it is more than that - 
fuser might need to be replaced.

Printer in NS 114 (WOU # 20130456) is STILL NOT
WORKING properly. It makes a VERY LOUD noise as it
tries to print. This is a follow-up to the
"closed" work order from last week. thanksphilip

mornings, printer # 20130456[Edit Inv] in NS 114 is jammed.
I cannot seem to fix it. Please ASAP come by it is
used often. Room is available 9-10 am 12-2pm and
