Greetings;

I'm having problems again with the following
program:  PT Publisher in the master control room
rack (#20091304) - PC is running Windows 8.

I replaced the color cartridge and tried to align
the printer cartridges (which you have to do when
you add a new ink cartridge) and the program does
not see the drives AGAIN.

Lexi & Nick fixed this the last time....if you
could send Nick over that might expedite matters.
