Manually deleted driver from print management and 
restarted print spooler through services.
Re-added printer through Krusty and was able to 
print successfully.

She moved files to her H drive and restarted, but 
the same error message was displayed.

Printer is connected, but whenever she tries to 
print, error message is displayed:

There is a problem saving the file.  Usually 
this is because the disk or floppy disk is too 
small for the file or is full, RAM memory is 
low, or there is a permission problem with the 
drive the file is being saved to.

She has files saved to her computer, so she is 
moving things over to her drives to free up 
some space.  She will call back with an update.

Printer is online on Krusty.  I can ping the 
printer and http to it.  Please check Rachel's 
machine.  Try deleting the printer and drivers 
associated with Xerox Phaser 4510s on her 
machine and readd the printer from Krusty

When she tries to print to this printer, it gives
her an error.  She can print to others just fine
but not this one.  The error message says she just
can't print.
