I uninstalled the the Java 8 update and rolled 
backed to Java7(71) update.Banner works perfectly.

When she opens banner, it says "class not found
exception".  She recently updated her Java and
since then, has received this error.  She is
working in FireFox.  She has tried restarting and
the error is still there.
