Her I drive was mapping normally today, so she 
is good to go.

She also inquired about FileMaker Pro 12 on the 
terminal servers.  Sarah Beaird is the person 
who needs to grant her access to the list of 
users.  As of now, all licenses are in use, so 
one person would need to be removed from that 
list or an additional license would need to be 
purchased.

I drive, however, everything checks out.  Her 
computer is in the correct OU, her username is 
in the correct group and has the needed 
membership in order to map the drive.  The 
policy looks good, so I will talk with Dave Mc 
today to see what the problem might be.

May need to manually map her drive.

your computer and back in to see the change.  
If you dont see the drive, please give me the 
WOU number of your computer and I will check to 
make sure your computer has been moved to the 
appropriate group as well.
