So this laptop was supposedly fixed but it is
doing exactly the same thing so it was not fixed.
Can you please send someone over again to look at

Laptop 2011-0029 needs some help. Students are
having trouble logging into it. I can log in no
problem but none of the local drives are on it.

The laptop has been taken out of service and is in
Chelsee Blatner¿s office.
