met with Lucinda. it looked like there were pop
ups and add ons that got installed onto her
computer. i ran revo and malwarebytes to delete
all that i could find. let her know that if
anything else happens or more pop ups are
installed to call back and have us come take a
look. also worked on her internet security
settings. going to wait and contact her later this
week to see how it is going before i close the ticket.

Every time she tries to bring the internet up, she
gets a message from MalWare about it being a
malicious website.  She is only going to wou.edu
and it we aren't sure why it's doing that and what
she needs to do.

I was able to get hold of Lucinda and tried
figuring out the problem causing her machine
slowly loading users profile. I remove the machine
from the domain and rejoined it to the domain. I
also realize in the DNS settings there were some
random numbers that appears in that setting. I
deleted those numbers.That resolve the problem.

When she starts up her computer, it just keeps
spinning.  It doesn't load any of her profile. 
She has been having this problem for awhile.  When
she hits ctrl-alt-delete she can pick start task
manager and things will load.  It took 4 mins for
her task manager to come up today.  If she tries
to restart, it does the same thing.

She is around anytime today.
