Alyssa Little	Nov 06, 2014 11:25 AM	Her laptop started being unresponsive last night, she could move her cursor but couldn't open anything. She did a hard reset on her laptop and it worked fine for a little while but now it's frozen up again and she can't do anything but move her cursor. She'll be in her office until 12:30PM today if no one can make it by then please call her to arrange a different time to check out her laptop.	Add Attachment
