Emily just called back and said that her computer
is now running a lot faster now but her computer
wont connect to the printer. She would like
someone to come down tomorrow from 8-9:30 or
anytime after 2 to help her get them connected.

Went over to her office.She mentioned her machine 
is acting fine.But, I'll go ahead and run the disk 
verification and clear the cache to improve the  
speed on her machine.

Her laptop started being unresponsive last night,
she could move her cursor but couldn't open
anything. She did a hard reset on her laptop and
it worked fine for a little while but now it's
frozen up again and she can't do anything but move
her cursor. 

She'll be in her office until 12:30PM today if no
one can make it by then please call her to arrange
a different time to check out her laptop.
