Met with Paula. Every time she tries to 
edit/sign a pdf, it gives her a keychain error 
message and exits. Tried a reinstall and 
updates with no success.  I let her know her 
that since the issue is keychain related, we 
would have to perform a reimage.  She does not 
want to do that at this point as it's only 
affecting reader for now.

She will contact us if/when she wants to 
reimage, but doesn't want to give up her 
computer, even with a loaner, at least until 
summer.

she was not in her office i will have to wait for her to reply to the 
vm or Email. found that the problem seems to be with an update 
that is needed for adobe on her computer.
