Should she use the class drive for this?

Margaret needs help with setting up a shared
environment(local computer or network? discuss
with her options?) for some of her students to
access a project created for MAXQDAPlus software
in the TODD305 lab.  The students have access to
the software when they log on to these stations
but not the project file that she wants them to
work on.  She wants a select group of students to
have access and not all users who log into
computer.  I am not sure if a class directory is
needed or just a shared space locally so I am
hoping you can discuss the differences with her.
She wants student to get access to this before
