Lori Burgeson	Nov 07, 2014 08:45 AM	She cant upgrade to new versions of Java. She needs to stay with Java 7.71. Please make sure she has that version and let her know not to upgrade as new versions are incompatible with Banner. Also, give her admin rights on her machine.	Add Attachment
