There are a number of problems with her computer that weren't 
fixed when she was first seen by a tech, so I told her re-imaging 
was probably the best course. She will back up all of her personal 
files and will bring her computer in next week.

Computer is acting very weird.  Firefox will crash
and after she restarts, nothing is fixed.  She has
been having problems with this computer for awhile
now.  She did an update last night and has been
acting even more funny.  When she unplugs the
computer to go home (she has two screens in her
office), it doesn't know that she has unplugged. 
She would like someone to come over ASAP.
