Check the office lately today and installed office
2010 on the receptionist machine. Everything work
just fine.

I was able to get hold of Cinda and help her
resolve the problem with her accessing banner on
the receptionist machine. I realize the problem
was the right version of java that support banner
wasn't installed. Uninstalling and reinstalling
the right version of Java help solve the problem.
The second issue is she trying to access a label
document on the receptionist machine but it gives
her a blank page. But accessing this label
document on her office machine works just fine.
Still trying figure out what causing that.

Good morning,

Cinda DeVoe who works in our office here has been
working at the front desk up here some to do some
training with me but when she logs onto the
computer up here at the front desk, strange things
happen that don't happen under my log in/username.
For example, we have labels made up and saved
under the i:drive but when she opens them up,
there are no lines and it doesn't give her the
extended option to even chose that type of labels
(in this case avery 5366). Also, banner won't
open. We wondered if someone might be able to look
into this for us. If you need her to log in under
her username on my computer, her schedule is
Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 2:00pm. We are
located in the administration building, on the
second floor, room 206.  And if you need it, the
computer number is 20101459[Edit Inv].
