I used the electric duster to clean-out the dust 
from the system-unit.

Brought the system unit back to the office.I 
did a diagnostic scan.It was a pass for the 
keep components from RAM, HDD to the 
processor.The fans
are also working properly.I did a virus scan - 
no virus was detected.I ran windows updates.

As discussed earlier today , we would need to 
work on your PC at the office.Before we can do 
that - we need you to back-up all your 
information to the H: drive.That way you don't 
lose any of your pertinent data. Kindly, get 
back to me once , it's done. I'll pop-by 
tomorrow - Friday the 20th ; to pick it up as 
agreed.I'll provide you with a loaner PC for 
you to work with while we fix it.

I'll assign a loaner to him - so , we can work on 
the it.I might have to re-image the machine again.

Went over to his office-I had to re-position the 
RAM and the HDD onto to board.I'll need to blow-
out the dust from the machine.I'll schedule a time 
tomorrow to pick up the machine.

He just called and said that his computer randomly
will shut down and reboot for no reason what so
ever. This has been happening for a couple weeks
now and he would like to get it fixed.
