 I explained that she would need to convert the word document to a 
pdf file.That way the recipient of the pdf document would be unable 
to  edit the document when sent.

Please see attachment below that we spoke about
over the phone. This document is on letter head,
however it does not show letter head when opened.
Also it is showing the enabled information.
All I want is a nice looking letter on letterhead
for the student to open and I am not able to do
that any longer.
