He performed the reset procedures for PRAM and SMC
and he no longer gets the out of memory error.  He
will be contacting about a possible GFA and his
laptop inventory shows he is available for it or
to order more ram for his current laptop.

He is out of town so I pointed him to a website to
reset his PRAM and SMC to see if that will help. 
He is looking at his activity monitor with nothing
running and it says his system is using 3gigs of
ram.  I recommended if the resets do not work to
bring the laptop into UCS for troubleshooting.

He is actually off campus and would like to be
contacted by phone to speak to someone on the
phone. I am waiting for an email back with a
contact number.

He keeps getting an error that says Finale has run
out of memory. I have attached an attachment of
the error to this service request. I have emailed
him to send the WOU# off of his computer and will
update this service request when he emails back.
Please try him on his office phone first and if he
does not answer please email him to set up a time
to help with this.
