keyboard was bad. Silly me.

Student called to report that the computer in
Devolder 109 computer gets to the ctrl-alt-delete
page and then it asks if you want to start in safe
mode or normally and he tried both options and
then it goes back to the ctrl-alt-delete page and
you can't do anything.  The computer never loads a
profile.
