     Thanks for the follow up! The printer is
working swell, and printed a pdf faster than I've
seen it since I've been working here (a whole
second, maybe, after I selected "print"). Thank
you again for your help!

left a VM. Went over to the office today, the 
printer is working fine. I did a test print from 
the front desk and it worked.Also, changed the 
printing time.

When sending a print job the printer is delayed 
and takes about 30 minutes for the job to print. 

They restarted it and it is still doing it. 
Sometimes it will print right away but other 
times it takes up to 30 minutes.
