Check with Kathleen this morning and realize the
USB port the keyboard was plug into was
malfunctioning in so doing I used another USB port
and restarted the computer. That resolve the problem.

Kathleen had someone come take a look at her
laptop to set up the sound on it and now her
desktop keyboard is not working. If you can go
take a look that would be awesome!
