Because this is a Western owned computer, she 
needs to use a licensed copy of Office purchased 
through Western.  We cannot install her personal 
copy of Office on Western owned property.

She bought her own copy of MS office and is not
sure if she wants her laptop to be re-imaged. She
will give us a call if she decides that she wants
the re-image.

Something happened when she updated her MacBook to
Yosemite that reset everything to factory.  He
laptop will need to be re-imaged back to
Mavericks.  She is unable to leave her laptop with
us at this time and will call us when she can
bring it in.

She updated her operating system. When she did
this it deleted her MS office. She needs it
reinstalled. She is available today tell 2PM and
then from 3:30 to 4. She will be in a conference
all day tomorrow and has to have the laptop with
her. Please contact her today to do this or to set
up a time and day.
