ArcGIS isn't connecting because ITC 003 is using 
the dorm network.

Please talk to Dave Mc about the error messages today.  Try to work 
with him to get this problem resolved.

Computers with the following WOU numbers are 
not pointing to mrplow.wou.edu:

20100111[Edit Inv]
20100118[Edit Inv]
20100110[Edit Inv]
(Computers 5, 8, and 16)

All others are pointing to mrplow.wou.edu, 
however the previously attached images 1 and 2 
still occur and software will not open.

Swapped power supplies; powers on normally now

As seen in image 3, ArcGIS is pointing to 
mrplow.wou.edu, however, there seem to be issues, 
as seen in image 1 & 2.

On Friday in ITC 003, please look into the 
installation of ArcGIS 10.2.2 on each computer.  
Please make sure they are all pointing to 
mrplow.wou.edu as the programs within ArcGIS 
will not open for users.

Also, please look into computer #13 and provide 
the WOU number (might be 20100101) in this 
ticket.  I believe there might be a PSU 
failure.  Unfortunately these computers are no 
longer under warranty, so you might have to 
find a similar model power supply to swap out 
the part.
