20120222[Edit Inv] wasn't plugged in. works fine let them know that the 
authentication code was needed for print credits. and all the 
printers were on krusty not ip

The computers should ask for authentication 
codes as that is how it deducts print credits.  
All the computers in that lab should have that 
authentication box pop up, so please make sure 
the printers are mapping through Krusty and not 
IP.

Please look into 20120222[Edit Inv] to see why it wont 
turn on.

The computer lab on the third floor of Campbell
has three computers with issues. 

The first is 20120222[Edit Inv] and it wont turn on at all.

The other two 20120221[Edit Inv] and 20120223[Edit Inv] both are
asking for authentication codes when students try
to print from them.

The printer WOU# is 20140008[Edit Inv]

The lab should be open, if not check with the
front office and they'll be able to let you in.
