To Service Request:

WOU # 20120351[Edit Inv], in ITC 311 lab, will not connect
to the network.  No light on NIC on back of
computer.  Tested machine at another jack in
another room; login and network access was
successful.  I traced the network cable, and
everything seems to be plugged in, so I suspect
the problem is somewhere in telecom.

Facing the front of the room, the workstation is
the left-most machine in the second row.
