Warrantying part through Dell.  Pending approval, we should receive 
the part Monday.

I looked at this laptop and there is no visible
impact mark.  I just think it is some bad pixels.
 He laptop is still under warranty so a new screen
will need to be ordered.

To Service Request:

One of our laptops, W#20130624[Edit Inv], has some pixels
that are apparently dying, and I believe the LCD
screen will need to be replaced.

Sarah Alvarado is the primary user and should be
the contact person for this service request.  She
would like to keep the laptop, if possible, until
the replacement parts arrive.

Attached is a picture of the screen showing the
bad pixels.
