Looked again - first displayed ink jam message, 
and I cleared that.  Then it showed the attached 
printer error message

Nothing was showing on the screen; unplugged it 
and let it sit for a minute, then turned it 
back on and it powered up normally.  It was 
warming up and cleaning when I left, I will 
check again in a few minutes.

Lab-24hourlab printer is on but there is no
message on the screen and print jobs aren't
getting to it.  The info desk worker tried to
restart it but it wouldn't turn off.
