I did a test demo from the Hamersly Library Films website.It's streaming fine without any glitch.Regarding the plug-in icon -I updated the plugins on Mozilia firefox.Hopefully, that should resolve the problem. But the class was still in there we a presentation going we went and checked back at 4:10, 4:20, 4:30 and then we checked at 4:40 the class was out finally but the door was locked and we were unable to get a staffer who had access to that door. Shandelle Plasker	Nov 26, 2014 01:02 PM	**This is an email** Hi Helpers, The smartroom equipment in MOD 107 is in need of at least two adjustments. 1) A plug-in needed icon comes up when I click on my link in moodle to a .mov file uploaded there. This link works fine in my office and on other campus computers. 2) When I pull up a video from the Hamersly Library Films on Demand collection, the aspect ratio is off. Instead of being 3 high by 4 wide, it's square, making everyone look skinny. 3) and maybe a third...Firefox crashed three times before I was able to get the film to play.
