I was able to get hold of Professor Kenneth and
help him resolve the problem with his machine not
printing from the network printer. The problem was
the previous driver was corrupt.

He is not able to print from his departments
printer. When he goes to print is gives errors
such as the paper tray is empty (which it is not)
and that the printer is not responding. He has had
everyone else try in his department and they can
print from it. He will only be in tell about 2:30
today. Please call him and leave a message first
then email him. He would like both just in case he
has left but can check his email to set up a time
when he is not on campus.
