Opened the ink compartment and wiggled the ink
blocks around a little bit.  The error went away
and the printer is printing properly.

I just received a phone call that the printer in
the WUC 111 computer lab has an error message
stating to open the ink compartment. Once the ink
compartment is opened and closed it still has the
same error message.
