Went to look at printer.  It shows an error 
message to remove cartridges and then remove 
paper, but no paper is in it.  When cartridges 
are replaced, it warms up and displays 
"Registration Jam"

Hi Help Desk Rep,

I have a Xerox Phaser 4600 (tag 20120900) that has
a registration jam that tells me to take out the
toner and drum cartridges and remove paper.  I do
not find any paper jam.  I've tried to re-set and
have turned the machine completely off and waited
to try and clear error messages with no luck.
