met with Sunny today was able to install screen flow onto her mac 
and snagit onto her windows ran widows update as well everything 
looked to be fine and she was happy with the install

Hi Xiaopeng,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that 
we have for you.  (#55493)

Description: INSTALL Snagit v12.2.2 on PC laptop and ScreenFlow5 
on personal MAC laptop for Xiaopeng Gong (order#8132)

We were when a good time to meet would be. I tried to meet with 
you this morning at 8 but we must of had a miscommunication 
about the time of the meeting. I would like to schedule a time that 
works best for you, we can have a tech meet up with you at 
between 8am-5pm any day this week.
