replaced maintenance kit, if print outs are still
too light for them its due to the toner that they
are using. I spoke with Ambre about the toner
issue. The print outs look great to me.

They are using an off brand toner, it makes the
prints out a lot lighter. Using the actual HP
toner the print outs look normal. Needs a new
transfer roller

The toner is no HP brand, I have a spare for
upcc-c's printer that I'm going to take down there
to test with.

Hello,

We are having issues with our printer (20060121).
When it prints the ink is faded. We thought it was
the toner at first, but it was a new toner
cartridge. We placed a new one in anyway but the
same issue is occurring. 

It is posing an issue because the letters and
immigration documents we are trying to print are
not coming out clear and we need them to be in
order to provide quality documents to students and
potentially avoid issues with immigration.
