It depends on what settings he is wanting.  
Anything that would be pulling from Group 
Policy would override some of the settings he 
might be trying to change.  Please find out 
exactly what settings he is changing so we can 
look at GPOs that are being set on the server 
side.

Jesse wants to know if someone can come take a
look at his account on his computer. He says it
keeps resetting all of his personal settings on
his computer and wants it to get fixed. John said
he might have a "temporary account" on his
computer so it might be something wrong with his
account.
